Eryngium heterophyllum

A plant of moist canyons in extreme southwestern New Mexico and adjacent Arizona. Similar to Eryngium lemmonii, which has more teeth on the bracts of the heads, less deeply divided cauline leaves, and heads never with a tuft of narrow, aristate bracts at their apices.
